Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Beauty products (such as oils, skincare, masks, and massage tools)
- Personal care items
- Earrings or intimate accessories

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
